SG Solutions Limited has pioneered Apple products and services in Malta and has successfully represented the brand locally for over 30 years. During this time, our company boasts a number of firsts, namely;

iCentre inception in July 2008 - the first of it’s kind and is still the only totally focused ‘one stop store’ concept for Apple in Malta. At this time the iCentre was recognised as an Apple Premium Reseller. iCentre is the only Apple Premium Service Provider (APSP) in Malta. As an APSP, we process and honour product warranties. Our technical team is trained and certified by Apple. We specialise in MAC product repairs, data transfer and recovery, upgrades and support as well as MAC system and software deployment in homogeneous and mixed platform environments.

In December 2012, iCentre was appointed Apple Premium Reseller (APR) – a significant milestone in our history. We are the only APR in Malta operating out of Tagliaferro Centre, Sliema. Conveniently located and beautifully designed by Apple, it is the place to find Apple products and accessories. The entire store focuses exclusively on the Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch platforms.

In March 2012, iCentre was appointed as an Apple Solution Expert (ASE) for Education. Apple Solution Experts are independent service providers who have been selected by Apple for their proven expertise in providing technology solutions to education institutions.

In July 2013, Sales & Service Centre was inaugurated in Pieta with a brand new Service Bay area to match the unique Apple experience our clients are accustomed to.

SG Solutions also operates three iCentre Apple Authorised Reseller outlets in B’Kara, Tigne Point and Gozo.

Apple in Businesses

A brand new day for businesses.

Organisations everywhere are realising the potential that Mac brings to their employees by giving them the freedom to use the tools they already know and love. Not only is Mac built with the best hardware and software, it’s also designed to work seamlessly with iPhone and iPad. Productivity has also never been better on Mac with a new generation of apps for business. And MacOS makes it easy for IT to deploy at scale.

Power and performance for every business. From thin and light notebooks to powerful desktop computers, every Mac is packed with advanced hardware and software that work together seamlessly to deliver everything that employees need to work.

Because Apple designs both the software and hardware, every Mac delivers the best possible experience for employees. MacOS works seamlessly with hardware in every Mac, like the super-responsive trackpad in Mac notebooks that make Multi-Touch gestures feel natural to use. And thanks to the brand new Apple chips and fast flash storage, a Mac wakes instantly from sleep, ready to perform any task.

Inside every Mac are some seriously advanced technologies — from state-of-the-art processors to graphics, storage, and memory. Even with an enormous amount of power packed into such a slim design, Mac notebooks have advanced energy‑saving technologies that help extend battery life to last through the work day.

With a remarkable unibody design that’s thin and light, Mac notebooks are incredibly portable, yet strong enough to handle just about anything employees might come across, anywhere they go.

The perfect complement for a mobile world.

When employees use a Mac or an iOS device, they’re able to do incredible things. And when employees use them together, they can do so much more. A Mac will work with iPhone and iPad in ways no other computer can. And because they run many of the same apps, employees can move seamlessly between devices without missing a beat.

Instantly familiar.
Because your employees already know how to use iPhone and iPad, they’ll be comfortable with a Mac in no time. MacOS comes with many of the same applications as iOS, which means employees can work in similar ways no matter which device they choose to work from.

Better together.
With Continuity, employees can make and receive phone calls on their Mac, even if their iPhone is in another room. They can start an email, edit a document, or surf the web on one device and pick up where they left off on another. Employees can even activate Personal Hotspot right from their Mac to get online anywhere.

Wireless ways to work.
Thanks to the latest technologies in MacOS, employees can work the way they want, without being tethered down by unnecessary cables. Employees can deliver presentations wirelessly with AirPlay and Apple TV, and share files easily with AirDrop — even from a Mac to an iOS device.

New ways for employees to get work done.
With MacOS and the built-in apps that come with every Mac, employees can be productive right away — on a platform they love. And with innovative new types of business apps, employees are able to collaborate in new ways and manage their work like never before.

More to love with every click.
With new features in MacOS , every employee will be more productive. Enhancements include new ways to multitask with Split View, a more powerful Spotlight, and refinements to essential apps. And faster performance across the board.

Built-in apps for business.
MacOS comes with many of the apps needed for work — for common tasks like sending email and messages or managing schedules and meetings. They come with support for Microsoft Exchange and sit alongside a family of creativity and productivity apps, so employees can create engaging business content without needing to purchase additional software.

Apps that power everyday work.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote now run better than ever on MacOS. Each app works seamlessly with Microsoft Office apps on other devices, providing a consistent experience everywhere.

Apps for new kinds of creativity.
Mac has always been a powerhouse for creatives. But now it’s enabling business users everywhere to create beautiful content, whether retouching images or using 3D models to prototype new products. Creativity is now open to every line of business.

Apps to build more apps.
With modern development tools, companies are using Mac to create engaging app experiences for customers and employees. And because MacOS and iOS share many of the same key frameworks, developers can build once and easily deploy to multiple platforms.

A breath of fresh air for IT.

With easy integration into corporate environments, organizations everywhere are managing Mac much like they manage iPhone and iPad. Because Mac OS is secure by design, there’s no need for IT to install additional tools or lock down functionality for employees. And with an automated zero-touch deployment process, they don’t even have to open the box.

Seamless integration.
The versatility and power of Mac OS helps Mac fit in anywhere, including Windows environments using Microsoft Exchange. And with support for the same networking standards as iPhone and iPad, Mac OS can easily connect to corporate networks and VPN.

Streamlined deployment.
Thanks to built-in support for mobile device management, Mac can be managed with many of the same controls that IT uses for other platforms. And with the Apple Device Enrollment Program and Volume Purchase Program, a Mac can set itself up automatically out of the box with everything employees need. No system imaging required.

Security built in.
Mac OS was designed with advanced technologies that work together to constantly monitor, encrypt, and update each Mac. And built-in tools like FileVault 2 and Gatekeeper help secure corporate data and protect users from malware without requiring additional software.

Easy to support.
Because Mac is designed to be simple and intuitive, employees need less support from traditional help desk services. Many employees can be fully sufficient with just a few self-service resources. For additional help, iCentre offers a set of support services so that employees can get the assistance they expect from any Apple product.

Business Financing

When you finance, you get the Apple products you need with minimal up-front investment.

Fit financing to the way your company uses Apple equipment . Technology life cycles are different for every company. iCentre works with businesses to match payment structures to their technology upgrades. Using this method allows periodic regular technology upgrades through leasing to reduce compatibility issues and minimise the costs associated with having multiple generations of equipment.

Leasing Apple gear benefits your cash flow. For qualifying businesses, leasing equipment often means paying less over time than an initial cash purchase.

Financing means greater flexibility. Mac Leasing through iCentre means your business can add to the lease at any time during the term and extend the lease term when business needs call for it. Financing also means greater predictability. A clearly specified payment stream means your business knows what its technology costs will be during the financed term. That means fewer surprises for accountants and finance departments.

All Macs leased through iCentre are insured for the entire 3 year period. This covers accidental damage such as drops or coffee spills and also theft (does not cover loss or negligence).
